GRATITUDE

July 21 - 27, 2025

This week we invite you to cultivate the greatness of GRATITUDE.

GRATITUDE — is the feeling of thankfulness and appreciation for people, actions, or things that bring kindness, help, or goodness into our lives.

It means noticing what we’ve received, letting that warm our hearts, and sharing our appreciation to warm other’s hearts.

You are invited to Notice moments you or others show GRATITUDE: Pausing to receive a kind gesture with a smile, saying thank you without being reminded, gracefully accepting a gift or kindness.

Focus your energy to notice moments where:

  1. You embody the greatness quality of GRATITUDE.

  2. Others reveal the greatness quality of GRATITUDE.

Direct your energy to verbally recognize the greatness quality of GRATITUDE:

  • “I heard you say thank you to your dad for making dinner - that shows gratitude.”

  • “I noticed you paused to really take in what was given to you — that shows you are grateful.”

  • “I saw your delight looking at the drawing our neighbor made for you — you are a champion of gratitude.”

  • “I noticed you accepted your sister’s compliment with a smile - you are gratitude in action.”

  • “I heard you say I love you after I helped you - I appreciate your gratitude. You are the greatness of gratitude!”

You may choose to add more detail about why GRATITUDE is great — for example:

“When you choose GRATITUDE, you nurture stronger relationships, build resilience, sleep more peacefully, and open your heart to a deeper sense of well-being.”

Everything is energy.

All sensations, feelings, thoughts, and emotions are energy.

When you feel intense energy, take notice.

Invite yourself to consider the energy cycle spiral.

Choose to direct your energy into a

downward funnel or an expanded, uplifting bowl.
